Hey all,

I’m cream crackered. I went to quite a few shows this weekend for London Fashion week. My favourite was ASHISH because he has designed a floor length sequinned dress with the statue of liberty down the side! How cool for my song ‘New York’ huh? I’m very excited about trying to wear that for something. The funniest bit about my fashion week was getting to the Ashish show… They had closed down loads of the roads leading to The Strand so my cab driver said “sorry, I can’t get you there you have to get out and walk”... So I got out and walked for like 25 minutes in the highest heels you have ever seen, all dressed up to the nines, teetering along. By the time I arrived I thought I was late so I had got quite a sweat on. I had beads of sweat on my top lip and I was in a right state, (not glamourous at all). Then all the paparazzi started taking pics and I was like, “sorry I am late I cant do pictures”, but they kept chasing me and I fell over, [banana] over tit!!!! They of course, took loads of pictures of it! Haha!!! Then, when I finally got in I was in such a fluster and I was seated next to Michelle Williams from Destiny’s Child! I said to her, “Michelle you have no idea what I have been through…”  I’m sure she had no idea what I was talking about but I did get my picture taken with her by about 30 papps as I was all fluffed up and exasperated. I am trying my best to fit in, but you know… I am from Hackney after all…

Anyway, on another note, my album is coming out VERY soon. It’s on the 28th Sep. I am very nervous and excited. I do hope you have pre ordered your copy already! It’s the end of five years of hard work… Tell all your friends and lovers and let me know what you think of the album once you have bought it, I’m dying to know….

Also, I will be announcing a UK and European tour by the end of this week… stay tuned. How exciting!
